According to the findings, for 9 out of 10 young people, the vehicle is no longer a status symbol, but rather must meet their mobility needs.
Only 10% of respondents regard it as a hobby, and even fewer, 2%, regard it as a status symbol. At the age of 35, 85% of young people still own a car/vehicle, and only 5% consider renting an electric vehicle on a long-term basis. Finally, 10% of Generation Z are willing to use e vehicle sharing and other forms of mobility, particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
